- Editorial decisions are made solely by our editorial team and are independent of sponsors, advertisers, or external partners.
- We do not allow outside influence to shape our reporting or editorial direction.
- Sponsored content, brand partnerships, or advertorials will always be clearly identified and labeled.
3. Transparency with Our Readers

How our newsroom uses AI
HuddleUp uses AI tools to assist with research organization, drafting, summaries, illustrated video scripts and narration. AI-assisted news reports are identified in the article. Statements about games, injuries, transactions, events and community programs must be checked against dated reporting sources. AI output is not itself a reporting source.
Original interviews must come from an actual recorded or documented conversation, with permission and accurate attribution. We do not invent interviews, quotations, attendance, credentials or firsthand reporting.
