Final score, highlights from Week 4 game

It’s been 14 years since Colorado and Baylor have played a football game against each other.
The Buffaloes and Bears played their Big 12 opener in front of a national TV audience. And it sure met the moment. A last-second Hail Mary from Shedeur Sanders to send the game to OT and then a Travis Hunter forced fumble to win it sealed Colorado’s wild return to the Big 12.

It looked like this one was headed to double-overtime.
That was until Travis Hunter dislodged the football from Baylor running back Dominic Richardson at the goal line.
The Buffs just completed one of the most improbable comebacks you’ll ever see.
Micah Welch’s second touchdown run of the night gives Colorado the lead in overtime.
If the Buffs get a defensive stop, they’ll complete an improbable comeback.

Baylor capped off a eight-play, 61-yard drive with a 24-yard touchdown catch by Hal Presley.

Travis Hunter had two catches for 77 yards on Colorado’s six-play, 80-yard touchdown drive late in the third quarter.
Micah Welch punched it in from two yards out to tie things up.

It had to be reviewed, but Omarion Miller’s spectacular 58-yard catch and run for a touchdown was confirmed by officials.
Colorado needed that score before halftime after falling behind by two scores.

Baylor quarterback Sawyer Robertson took off for a 45-yard rushing touchdown on 4th and 2 to give the Bears a two-score lead.
Colorado gets the ball first in the second half, but needs a score before halftime.

It was a tied game for all of about 13 seconds.
Jamaal Bell returned a kickoff 100 yards for a Baylor touchdown, handing the Bears the lead back.

A 10-play, 55-yard drive was capped off by 43-yard field goal by Alejandro Mata.

Baylor quarterback Sawyer Robertson threw a beautiful, 30-yard touchdown pass to Monaray Baldwin, who made a diving grab in the end zone. That scoring play capped off seven-play, 75-yard drive by the Bears.

Shedeur Sanders hasn’t thrown an incompletion yet (6-for-6) and has hit five different receivers.
Baylor starts the second quarter right near midfield.

Travis Hunter had a 24-yard reception on third down and drew a defensive pass interference in the end zone later in the drive. On the next play, Shedeur Sanders scored a rushing touchdown from two yards out.
It was Colorado’s first touchdown on the ground this season.

A 54-yard punt return put Baylor inside the Colorado 40-yard line to start its second drive. The Buffs’ defense held strong, though, forcing a 32-yard field goal.

Unless Baylor can run at will, its quarterback situation puts it at a massive disadvantage in this matchup, especially with Shedeur Sanders on the other side. The momentum of last week’s win and a homecoming atmosphere gives Colorado the edge.

Colorado is a 1-point favorite to defeat Baylor, according to the BetMGM college football odds, as of Saturday morning.
Colorado will be without running back Dallan Hayden on Saturday. The Ohio State transfer led the Buffs in rushing prior to missing Week 3’s win over Colorado State. He’s expected to be back next week for UCF, but Isaiah Augustave (Arkansas transfer) and true freshman Micah Welch will lead the Colorado backfield vs. Baylor.
