Zac Taylor gives update on Bengals coaching changes following Week 18

The Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor hosts a press conference to address the firing of multiple coaches following Week 18.

The 2024 AP NFL Most Valuable Player award is scheduled to be announced during the NFL Honors show February 6 at New Orleans’ Saenger Theatre.

Snoop Dogg is set to host the awards show, starting at 9 p.m. Eastern, on Fox and NFL Network.

The annual awards show recognizes the league’s best players, performances and plays from this past regular season.

What are Joe Burrow’s chances of winning NFL MVP?

The odds-on favorites to win the award are Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen or Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson. Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow was better than both statistically, leading the NFL with a Bengals-record 4,918 yards and 43 touchdown passes.

Jackson won the award last year. He also earned the honor for the 2019 season.

If Burrow wins, he’d become just the third NFL MVP to miss the playoffs the same year, joining Colts quarterback Johnny Unitas in 1967 and Bills running back O.J. Simpson in 1973.

ESPN Monday Night Football analyst and former Dallas Cowboys analyst Troy Aikman said if he had a vote for NFL MVP, Burrow would get it.

Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons said in December that he would vote for Burrow if the Bengals had made the playoffs.
