Patriots vs. Titans: NFL Week 9 final score, news, injuries, more

The New England Patriots will have to continue waiting on their first back-to-back wins since 2022. Despite entering their Week 9 game with some momentum, they were unable to keep it alive against the Tennessee Titans.

The Patriots struggled offensively for much of the day, and were unable to play consistent football on the defensive side of the ball. As a consequence, they found themselves in a dog fight with what was a one-win Titans team entering the game — one that eventually extended into overtime.

Once in the extra period, however, the Patriots ran out of steam. While the defense was able to hold Tennessee to a field goal, an interception on offense sealed the 20-17 loss. New England is now 2-7 on the year.
